Dr Karolina Mania

Karolina is an attorney-at-law. She completed her PhD (in law) at the Faculty of Law and Administration, Jagiellonian University (specialization – Internet law). Her research interests are focused on online dispute resolution and the ethical and legal implications of artificial intelligence (AI). She is currently a post-doctoral researcher at The School of Law at Fordham University (NYC) working on alternative dispute resolution.
Karolina is a fellow of The Ryoichi Sasakawa Young Leaders Fellowship Fund (2011), SYLFF Research Abroad (2012), The Kosciuszko Foundation Fellowship (2017) and Italian government Scholarships for foreign and IRE students (2017).
Karolina is an author of a monograph “Domena internetowa jako przedmiot polubownego rozstrzygania sporów” (Wolters Kluwer, 2016).
